These penguins are from the Edinburgh Zoo in Scotland. They were one of our favorite sights on our honeymoon.

Maybe this weekend I can do a project picture purge (once I actually take some) so there are actual knitting things on this blog. I've got the Honeycomb Vest, Fire Fountain Dresser Scarf, Knotty Gloves, and a surprise project actively on the needles (Rav Links). It's hard to work on some of the more complicated projects (like the Fir Cone Square Shawl and cantankerous Monkey Socks) aren't being worked on because I don't have time to puzzle out the next steps I need to take.

In the recently completed pile: hand towels and a swiffer cover for a friend, lots of plain cotton washcloths, a snazzy laptop bag for my new toy! Pictures soon - assuming the sunshine sticks around for a photo shoot.
